OUTCOMES (1h meeting)

We conduct an exploratory conversation in which our team will make sure they fully understand your goals, in relation to your company, but also the company goals. It is an important step for both of us, in which we pursue complete transparency, in order to be able to identify the best directions of action from the very beginning.

BENCHMARK (15 min. questionnaire)

You will complete the Value Builder Score which will allow our team to understand how ready your company is for the exit, making a benchmark of your company versus the 65.000 other companies that have completed this evaluation so far. Afterward, we will send a 1-page executive summary with the results.

PLAN (2h meeting)

We facilitate a detailed analysis based on the VBS report, pointing out the difference between the current performance and the objectives set in our first meeting. Next, we will create a very well-structured Master Plan that will help you set your goals for the next 6-12 months, anticipate obstacles and challenges, think about the necessary actions, and see what would increase the financial value of the company if this plan is correctly executed.

EXECUTION (6-12 months commitment)
